A social commerce app - save money when buying in groups.
Pine
Me and a two friends built Pine in evenings and weekends in November/December 2024. Well actually, it was two apps, one for consumers and one for merchants. It has ~1000 users, ~30 restaurants and ~400 group orders done.
The most interesting tech challenges in this project was building a custom websocket solution to notify users of interactions in the group in real time, and doing split payments with a fee in stripe.
